This week, the State of California is fully reopening its economy and LA County is working to modify its health guidance. Santa Monica will follow the lead of our County health authority and make gradual changes to our COVID-19 safety requirements. The City is committed to a safe and clean Santa Monica, and will continue to require all visitors and City staff to wear face masks when indoors in City government facilities to ensure a safe reopening process for all staff and visitors and to ensure compliance with Cal/OSHA standards.
